Simple Slow Cooker Dinner

Boy, I hate websites that don't stay updated. It's amazing how fast things can zoom by so fast and leave ya feeling like roadkill. Oh well, onward and upward, eh?

Here is a tasty slow cooker pork roast and potatoes. Just open a bag of ready-made salad and you've got a simple supper. As always, be sure to read ingredient labeling on anything you cook with. There's rumors going around that LaChoy is not wheat-free/ gluten-free like it used to be, but I've not noticed any adverse effects.

Wash 4 medium potatoes, cut into about 1-inch cubes and place in bottom of slow cooker.

Rinse and trim fat from 4-6 lb pork roast. Set aside.

In a small bowl mix:
1/2 cup LaChoy Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce and Marinade
1 tablespoon LaChoy Soy Sauce
1-2 tablespoons French's Worcestershire Sauce
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Baste about 1/3 of mixture over one side of pork roast. Place basted side down in slow cooker and coat rest of roast with remaining mix. Cook according to your cooker's directions. I just start mine on low in the morning before going to work and come home to a house full of great smells!
